General Shipping Policy
We've designed our shipping and handling price policy based on fairness, so you enjoy our every day low price as well as the convenience of delivery to your door.
As for two or more items in the order, we put them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.
As for some very large or heavy items identified as oversize, these items must be shipped to you via freight carrier.

Shipping to a Different Address
To ship items in your order to multiple addresses, click "Multiple Addresses" on the Shipping Address page. Then choose the address to which you want each item sent by using the pull-down menus on the Address Selection page.
When checking out, apart from the address you used when you created an account you can select or add one or more shipping address(es). You can also enter a variety of shipping addresses in your Address Book, so each time you check out you can choose from the shipping addresses that you have stored.

Shipping Costs
Following below steps you can find the shipping cost for an item:
1. Put the item in your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout." (Without committing to a purchase you can enter and leave Checkout as often as you want. You will not have to purchase the item when you enter Checkout.)
2. Sign in with your email address (If you are a new customer, your information will be saved only if you decide to finish the purchase.)
3. Enter or select a shipping address. On this page you will find shipping charges displayed separately. You can complete your purchase by choosing to click on "Pay Now" button and finishing the order process, or you can click your browser's "Back" button to exit Checkout without completing the purchase.
4. PROMOTION: Free Express Shipping for orders over $88! - Via EMS(Worldwide Express Mail Service by China Postal Express & Logistics)
(Note: We will select Standard Shipping: Insured Air Mail by China Post as Shipping when your item is not Over $88. This will arrive in 10-15 workdays once the package is dispatched from our warehouse.)


The place appearing the total shipping cost of your order
After you add your items to your shopping cart and begin to check out, you can find the total shipping cost for your order while going into Checkout and see the shipping charges displayed in the shopping cart. Then you can either cancel the order by leaving Checkout or continue to check out by clicking "Pay Now."

Standard Shipping - Insured Air Mail by China Post
Generally, it will take about 10-15 workdays after successful transaction.
Actually 95% of our art shipments arrive within two weeks. After that, about 4% of our art arrives in under three weeks. About 1% arrives within a month.

Express Shipping - EMS (around 3-5 workdays)


Return Policy
The user can change or cancel orders for any product only before it is shipped. Nominal cancellation charges that include the order-processing fee are charged. The user can return the products if they do not find it up to their expectation. Only shipping charges will be paid by the customer in such a case. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a product listed with incorrect price on the website. This is regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and / or payment has been charged via credit card.


Except made-to-order products, all other our products come with a 30-day No Questions Returns Policy. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of our products and/or find any manufacturing defect in our products, please send the products back to us and we'll send you a replacement promptly. However, in this case we'll not be liable for the Shipping charges which have to be borne by you.

Kindly note that this Returns Policy does not apply to Made-To-Order Outfits or Custom Products since those are being prepared specifically as per your instructions, in such instances, no returns are offered.
